Vision systems allow:

Recognition of the part and automatic upload of the program if necesssary

Recognition of position and orientation of the part to be marked with automatic sending of the new coordinates to the marking system.

DATA MATRIX

A new born technology is the 2D matrix codification DATA MATRIX.

The Data Matrix code is increasingly part of new traceability processes in many industries.

This type of code identifies the component details such as:

identification of the product

identification number of the part

a unique and different serial number for each piece produced.

It is commonly used for marking small items, but it's an infinitely scalable code, so it can be used in any work area of our marking machines, from microdot marking machines to Laser and Scratch ones.

Our markers provide a permanent and excellent marking of these codes. This makes the following reading (made with a special camera) reliable and makes the decoding easy and fast.

BARCODE

Our microdot, scracht and laser marking machines, can receive information directly from BARCODE readers by RS232.
